V Star Live! has been developed by Veev Interactive Pte Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sky Media Pte Ltd).

It was awarded Singapore's first niche IPTV license from the Media Development Authority (MDA) of Singapore focused in Edutainment.

The company sees the convergence of networks, technologies, devices and content, primarily driven through the prevalence of IP networks taking hold.  The ‘networked’ generation is changing consumer demands to be “anything, anywhere, anytime”. 

VEEV's prime objective is to educate, engage and entertain viewers across all age groups in the areas of Knowledge, Lifestyle and Community.
